Gym today it felt good!
I have been trying to run 1km everytime i go to the gym this week(and next week i shall be ttrying 1.5km and the week after 2km and so on and so on) to slowly build up my strength and also general stamina while running. today i ran my 1km in 9.34mins the fastest i have done it so far plus i ran part of it on a gradient so overall a happy day!

yesterday i did have popcorn at the cinema i chose a junior small sweet (which was still pretty big) and i ate half of it. i checked it on my WW counter and it came to 5points which i counted even though i only ate half. still lost some weight so it cant be all that bad really.

Tomorrow one of my best friends is coming to visit me, she is amazing and also trying to eat healthily (she is a very petite size 10) we are going to eat pizza which at first scared me but i checked the points of the pizza i like and it comes to 8 which isn't too bad i will just have to make sure i eat low point for the rest of the day. (the pizza i like is so little points because the middle is cut out and replaced by a salad!)
hopefully we are going to try and attend some exercise classes together aswell which should be fun because im too scared to go on my own haha
