Todays workout consisted of:
1) 2.5 Mile Run (Outdoors) W/ Weighted Vest and Sauna Suit *Running outside up hills is alot dfferent than running on the treadmill.
2) Lifted for 1.5 Hours, Lift focused on "Back and Shoulder"
3) Played Basketball for 45 minutes, Fullcourt " Great Run at gym this morning"
