Well today was a day of failing :P

I failed at the 30 day shred work out (i cannot do push ups they hurt my knees so bad and then i just got so fustrated i ended up in tears)

I failed at starting my coursework which needs to be done sooon

I failed at eating healthy which is soo annoying because i started off good and then it all just went down hill once i got a massive sugar craving :(

I think the crying and the cravings are hinting at TOM time which is never fun but oh well pick myself back up and dust off i guess :/

do the push ups against the wall, that way it won't hurt your knees.

Are you doing them with your knees on the ground? If so, try putting a pillow or something else soft under your knees to help.

yeah ive been putting my knees on the floor but with a towel underneath to give some padding but it hasnt helped i might try a pillow when i attempt the workout again tomorrow :)
