Have to share a funny story! Today I was sharing with a coworker how I couldn't eat a tiny danish that was nearby, because then I would eat the whole box of danishes! His nutritionist had told him it was ok to eat sugar in moderation, but I said I can't do moderation, it doesn't work for ME. A nosy coworker was listening and later he came over with a tip, trying to be helpful--if I wanted to never want pastries again I should try working in a bakery! Then I would get SICK of looking at baked goods, he said! I just laughed but I quietly know it wouldn't work for ME at ALL! It would just set me up to crave more and more! I guess if you don't get it, you don't get it. Some of us are perfectly suited to this lifestyle and others are not. Simple!

That def. wouldn't not work for me. I worked for cinnabon when I was a teenager (back in my skinny days) and could eat 3 or 4 of them a day. The only reason I ever stopped eating them was that they changed the cinnamon they used and I don't like them as much. Some people really don't get it and never will, I know myself enough to know this way works for me too.

Oh man, just thinking about a cinnabon makes me drool! LOL, so true...I worked for Kentucky Fried Chicken as a skinny teen and even seeing all that stuff get cooked all day long, I could eat it every single day.

I worked as a short order cook as a teen. All I learned is how to combine fried foods better, and what is better with bacon and cheese on top. No help!
