Although I've been a member here for awhile, I stopped recording food and exercise when I reached my target weight and needed a break from what was becoming obsessive recording of food intake and activity. Well, now I am a new first time mommy and need to get back into mindful eating and exercise! I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl in July 2011. Throughout my pregnancy, I battled morning sickness and lethargy. In short, my whole exercise routine and food plan was thrown out the window. I remained vegetarian thoughout my pregnancy, but completely stopped exercising. Luckily, I've dropped most of the 24 lbs I gained during pregnancy, but I'm still having trouble with those last 5 lbs. It's also been a struggle to fit in exercise with a newborn.
Other stuff about me: I'd like to get back into jogging and weightlifting. I've been vegan for 4 years, and vegetarian 6 years before that. Feel free to email me any time if you have questions about diet!
