Just rode 45 miles on my bike and then did a 30 minute run.
This was my nutrition for the bike
6:30am - Clif Bar 240 cal
6:45am - Begin Ride
7:45am - Waffle Cookie 160 cal
Hydration - Gatorade and Chia seed - 10 oz
8:45am - Gu Chomps 180 cal
Hydration - Gatorade and Chia seed - 10 oz
9:30am - Run
Hydration - 1 water stop
10:00am - Finish

Swam again today with friend. Was supposed to swim 1.0 mile then ride 40 miles. But he got attacked by a manawar, so took him to hospital instead of biking. Both pretty bummed out, but just glad he's okay.
Tomorrow will hike Koko Head with Chris, then ride 70 miles on Saturday.
Looking forward to it!
Not going to worry too much about last night's splurge :)

Okay here are my 3 old and unwanted habits that I want to break over the next 10-days! Here is also how I am going to actively break my habits.
1. Brush and Floss every night by 10pm!
* I bought a new toothbrush with little motor in it to pump me up!
2. No snacks after 10pm!
* Instead go straight to bed, read, or just lay there, but no work or late night movies.
3. Read more! Not magazines or business books.
*Finish "Born to Run" by the end of 10-days.
