Starting over again. Just got frustrated with it all and quit for about 3 months. Gained almost 20lbs. NEVER AGAIN. I am using visualization to help me stay on track. Meditation, yoga, strength training, and cardio. No shortcuts in this.

Ugh, gave up on the belly fat diet after being MAJORLY disappointed in Mr Cruse's poor business practices. I spent the better part of 8 months eating whatever I wanted and gained not only the 30lbs I had lost, but more!!! So I am reading Dr. Travis Stork's The Doctors Diet. I am sort of following that, vegetarian though. I am also doing some good old fashioned not eating. Wish me luck!

I took 2 days off. I injured my shoulder and we had to cancel our cruise and there is just a lot of stress. I am back on track today though, and I am going to make sure to jeep a food journal because I think it makes me behave myself. Oh, if you sent me a message I am sorry, I can't find the inbox to check it! LOL!

Seem to be at a plateau. I am finding it very easy to stick to though. The big test will be next week, we are cruising to the Caribbean. Good thing is that they have a low carb menu at every meal! How awesome, but I know I am going to have at least one cheat, the chocolate cake is amazing. But I will just have 1/2 a piece! Also have packed lots of LC snacks and am taking a case of water. Yay! Here's to going to the beach to look for sea glass and swimming in December!
