inaccurate waist measurement horizontally across navel: 81.5 cm (it looks like my waistline will have some fluctuations. Unfortunately it's not always going in the right direction heheh).
I forgot taking a blood pressure and heart rate reading but there's no reason to think I was over-trained today so :)

Another day of delaying logging too much :P
I will put my weight in because it's already 2 am and I would be weighing in for the next day :)
weight: 59.3 kg
inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 9.9 % (yikes!)
inaccurate waist measurement: 81.2 cm
Exercise: 2 sets of push ups and pull ups plus 30 minutes indoor cycling (392 kcal, 5.9 km virtual distance).

This is probably one of the best waist measurements I've had so far but it may be down to inaccuracy lol.
I have been inadvertently avoiding exercise day in day out. Well, at least I'm not avoiding it all together! :)

If what this scientist is saying is correct, vitamin D might be taking credit from other substances in our skin which also get activated by sunlight, in helping to fight heart disease etc. What got him on to this, was the simple fact that, vitamin D supplements didn't make any difference in fighting heart disease but the vitamin D produced by the sun "appeared" (and the key word is "appeared") to have that beneficial effect. So, basically, he goes on to say that, whatever we are getting from the sun that helps fighting heart disease, is not the vitamin D but something else (nitric oxide). It seems that, unlike what happens with vitamin D, to get the benefits of it, you are not "specifically" after UV-b rays but after all UV rays. edit: I can't believe I am already near my RDI limit lol. What happened today?!? Yesterday was the other way around :)
Today, for practical reasons, I will not be doing indoor cycling. I will to the usual 2 sets of pull ups and push ups and, after that, I'm still not sure heheh.

blood pressure and heart rate: 125/70 - 60 bpm
I really have to make an effort not to miss exercise today, because that would be 2 days without doing anything. I will just eat something and get right on it lol.
edit: I have that feeling that I forgot to log something, but only because I've just noticed I'm still in the 1200 calories. Strange... :)
