I think I really ate my way into this higher weight. Now that I finished the chicken I will go back to my usual eating habits :) I wonder if I should have accompanied the chicken with rice and, then, on top of that, eat grapes instead of just eating a piece of chicken when I wanted to. This last "method" would have probably offered me more control over the calories but hey... :P
Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 8.9%
Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 80.3 cm (this is great but I have a feeling this may still change in a couple of days due to this chicken rampage :)
Blood pressure and heart rate before getting up: 112/70 - 60 bpm (more or less the usual. No over-training).

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale 8.9 % (average among recent results)
Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 80.3 cm (this is great! I was afraid that yesterday's heavy meal would immediately reflect on this reading today. It might still have some effect although the total daily number of calories should trump the number of calories accumulated on a single meal, or pythons would not be so slim heheh. I'm just kidding ;) I don't think it's healthy to eat so much on a single meal though. The body protests afterwards with that very uncomfortable feeling lol. I've realized that, the reason I binged yesterday was because I was hungry and, instead of eating something small just to patch the hunger, I decided instead to "save" my hunger for the chicken which turned out to be a mistake since it took some time before I got home since I had to run some errands etc. I guess this is why I usually don't binge. I usually never let myself go hungry.
Blood pressure and heart rate before getting up: 95/64 - 60 bpm (a little lower than usual systolic pressure, definitely a normal fluctuation. The heart rate is usual so no over-training).
edit: 0.4 kg (0.88 lbs) just went down the toilet lolol. (I weighed myself before and afterwards ;)
edit: Today I ate considerably less chicken than yesterday but I weighed it correctly, so it's becoming apparent that yesterday's weight for chicken was underestimated since I ate more than today :)

Not the lowest, but still among the lowest recent weigh ins :

Inaccurate waist measurement around navel: 80.3 cm (I think this is probably the lowest waist reading so far but it's inaccurate though I'm still very satisfied with it :)
Blood pressure and heart rate before getting up: 105/71 - 61 bpm (more or less the usual)
Another day that I kept delaying logging until there was a pile of stuff to log lol.
I strongly believe that this very recent, and still not big change in both weight and waist has to do with my unprecedented consistency in daily calisthenics and indoor cycling. I'm still doing the daily calisthenics because, whenever I would get to 2 or 3 days in a row, I would miss a day and destroy the results I wanted to look at, to reach the conclusion of whether 24 hours is enough to recover or not (for me), on some exercises. So far, it's looking like it's barely enough. I see progress on some days and, on others I'm maintaining. This probably means that some more hours of recovery wouldn't hurt. And this varies according to the intensity of the exercises... Sometimes, there also seems to be a fatigue accumulation though, some days, a lot of energy seems to come out of nowhere to confuse me. :)
edit: Not an hour ago, I ate like I haven't eaten in a long time. I'm almost bursting right now. The culprit is grilled chicken which I missed eating so I went for some take-away today heheh. I added some home cooked rice (too much is more like it because, for too much chicken, you need too much rice lol). And, despite being already feeling like a full barrel afterwards, I still ate a sizable amount of grapes. Now I know how the python feels in the Amazon, after swallowing an entire crocodile :)
I should have subtracted the weight of the chicken bones after eating since all the entries for grilled chicken are with bone removed. I'll just cut the weight in half and hope that represents the missing bones lol.
I hope all these edits I'm making don't appear in the notifications :P Anyway, I'm a little unsure about yesterday's total calories since I had a somewhat confused list written down...

Yesterday I was away from fatsecret so this is yesterday's results:
Weight 58.9 kg (yesterday, despite this marginally higher weight, I was still amazed the weight didn't grow all the back to 59.7 as usual)
Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 8.5 % (average among recent results)
Inaccurate waist measurement horizontally across navel: 80.7 cm (not the best recently but good!)
Blood pressure and heart rate: 109/65 - 61 bpm (average)
Today's results:
I'm completely surprised by today's weight but it's definitely not fat loss (at least most of it) since my waist is still the same lol.
Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 9.5 % (among the highest or worst usual values) - Of course that this scale highly underestimates my real body fat percentage since I'm definitely not even 10% (I'm certainly higher)
Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 80.6 cm (still great but not the best in the latest days).
Blood pressure and heart rate: 105/58 - 64 bpm (slightly higher than usual heart rate but not enough to mean over training)
I have written down most (if not all) of the food I ate today and I'm going to try to log it heheh.

The weight is equivalent to my recent best, :)
inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 7.9 % (this is good among recent results but I don't give this reading too much importance as the device reads water as fat!! If you drink a cup of water, your body fat percentage reading will instantly go up lol :)
inaccurate waist measurement horizontally across navel: 80.4 cm (this is good among recent results! This is the reading I really give the most importance to since the weight also goes up with muscle and bowel contents and the body fat percentage reading is highly unreliable.)
I think this weight is equivalent to my best in a long time but I don't believe it's going to stay this way for long...
