So took some time off due to an unknown medical issue that began the week of Christmas. My abdomen randomly filled with 5 pounds of fluid. During the last two to three weeks I have not been able to eat. The doctors removed most of it for testing yesterday. It caused me to lose 4 pounds. However, I still have no desire to eat food. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Thank you.

This weight gain right here, I thought was from making and eating cookies, but turns out was from random fluid buildup.

Good Morning Everyone,
According to my scale when I was wearing the least amount of clothing I weighed in at 231.2, but after I put my clothes on and I obviously went up in weight. My question is, when I record my weight, should I use the number I get with very little clothing or what I get once I am dressed?

I'm glad to see that my weight went down this week. I wasn't sure because I haven't exercised, but I've been trying to watch what I eat since the holiday. Even though I go over some days, I think I'm still doing pretty well.

Unfortunately, the numbers went back up this week. I didn't go totally off track, however, when you have an extra 100 or 200 calories a day above your limit you will see a difference. This is just a small setback, even with the holiday being tomorrow I feel can lose the couple pounds plus one or two more by next week. Here's to brighter results 🌷🌟🌞
