Day 135. 238 pounds. 2 pounds away from the magic 50 pound loss.So many things are changing in my life right now. New management at work is cleaning house and it is a very stressful time. In the past that would lead me to over eat. Now I have the attitude that whatever happens I will overcome it. I have come too far to screw it up. I gain confidence everyday from the compliments of people I have not seen in a while. I will reach my goal! One day at a time! Eye on the prize!! Have a GREAT week everyone!

Day 128. Down 1 pound. I like the very slow losses. I am not in a huge hurry to lose the weight as I know the slower I lose it , the better chance I have to keep it off. I am ,in the next couple of weeks, going to hit my next milestone of 50 pounds or 1/2 of my goal. Great motivation! Remember all!!! This is a marathon not a sprint race. Keep your eye on the prize one day at a time! Have a great week everyone!

Day 121. Not much to report but just in a groove. The exercise has been lacking again this week. The lifestyle change in my eating habits is becoming routine. Actually I am quite surprised at a 3 pound loss this week. Remember! Keep your eye on the prize! Maintain your mindset and don't get discouraged! Have a great week everyone.

Day 114. Today begins the 5th month of my journey. I can honestly say being able to log the food journals and personal journals on this site has allowed me to maintain focus. I have not eaten at a fast food restaurant or eaten even one slice of pizza in the past 4 months. I am close to losing 6 inches of my waistline. I feel better. Here is to the next 5 months! Eye on the prize everyone! One day at a time!!

Day 113. Exercise still lacking but still on track with my eating habits. Not much to report, just in a groove . Still packing lunch 5 days a week with Kiwanis on Wednesday. Keep your eye on the prize and have a great week everyone!!
