Ok, I'm just going to eat breakfast and then EXERCIIIISE lol (finally).
Aha, I finally exercised lol. Now I just have to repeat every day (or almost)... It's not that hard. It's more psychological than physical. And you really feel better after it.
Today I'm probably not going to be able to complete the food log since I'm spending the rest of the day away from home.
Merry Christmas to everyone out there! Or Happy Holidays for non-believers (me included)! :)

Oh oh, I finished lunch not long ago and I'm almost at my daily calorie limit already ... I'm going to try not to think about food a lot until the end of the day lol.
edit: Actually, I had forgotten about the french fries in today's lunch so, I actually have already gone well beyond my daily limit :O. Darn! The amounts are rough estimates since I ate out. But they're reasonably close to the actual amounts. And the problem is I'm feeling tired right now and I still haven't exercised. I know I was supposed to exercise early today but a friend of mine surprise-called me with a problem (someone supposedly had stolen his car but it later turned out to just have been towed...) and I had to leave in a hurry to give him a ride. When I got home I got distracted and here I am again in the same situation. I really hate exercising when I'm feeling more like sleeping so I will unfortunately leave it for tomorrow. One more day goes by without it but tomorrow (again lol) I will definitely not fail tomorrow (not this time lol).
today is not going to be a good day calorie-wise :) With any luck my body's internal "calorie counter" is also half asleep by now lol

Unfortunately, today, despite having weighed myself, I didn't log it right away and I ended up forgetting it lol. It happens.
I have written down most food I ate today so I have a tremendous logging work ahead of me and I'm still going to decide if I'm up to it or not lol. Next time I can't let the list build up so much.
Exercise seems to be evading me lately lol. I'm laughing but this is serious stuff! Similarly to what usually happens with food logging, I will postpone exercise until it's just too late in the day and I feel too tired... I have to discipline myself to exercise as early as possible in the day.

One more day lol. (yesterday I failed to half the food again. The reason for this is simply forgetting. I postpone it and then forget about it.)
Yesterday I did some chin ups just to see how many I was doing right now. Not bad. Only two less than my "in shape" best.

Yesterday I did weigh my self, but with clothes. It wasn't until today that I weighed the clothes (.7 kg) and now I have to subtract to yesterday's weight, if only I could find the paper where I wrote it!!!! lol)
But not bad today! 60.7 kg, considering the latest weigh-ins... Not bad at all! :) And I haven't slept a lot either. It would be great if my body was just playing a prank earlier with that weight gain and all lol.
I haven't exercised these last few days. Shoot! I really have to today! It's not that exercising is difficult, it's really not, but I always seem to put other stuff ahead of it since it instinctively feels so unnecessary though it's exactly the opposite, it's very necessary not only to lose weight but for your health.
