While, I did not meet my loss goal, and I proud of loss's 4 weeks in a row. I ended up with an 8 pound loss in 4 weeks instead of 10. However, I am encouraged and will continue on the journey, as I have many miles to step!!

I have been slipping a little this week, nothing drastic just enough to prevent a great loss, but should still record a small loss tomorrow. Today, I am focusing on what I can do today...I am at that stage, where I have been do really good on my choices but the bad foods are sneaking in... Not having the best of days today...feeling a little weak...I ate 1 coconut macaroon last night, with 8oz of whole milk...so, I am thinking that is why I feel bloated and weak today...My body is reacting to what I put in it!!

I keep telling myself Eat for the Body I want, not for the body I have...I had a great weekend with the kiddos....we got the dust covered bikes out and rode Saturday and Sunday...It has been 2 years since we been on the bikes...Did not meet my goals for steps either day...as the bike riding really wore me out... This is the last week of the April Challenge, hoping to pull out a good loss...but I need to stay focus on what I need to do to get there....Today, has also been a very emotional day as events have occurred that I was not expecting and the first thing I wanted to do is grab a pizza...which is the wrong reaction as this would only make me feel so much worst...I pray things at home are good when I get there at the end of the day...as I am unsure how much more I can handle...Stress, emotional overload...The Struggle is REAL!!
