10 pounds lost! It is coming off slowly but at least I am headed in the right direction!My clothes fit so much better, what a great feeling. I am still 10+ pound smore than my lowest weight in 2008 but I'm not going to beat myself up over that. I think I would like to eventually get down to 150. It has helped a lot to weigh in at Weight Watchers and since I set my goal high I can now attend meetings for free since I'm at "goal" - 160 is my WW goal but 150lbs is my personal goal!

It feels good to be back in the 150's - woohoo! It is a slow but steady process! My ultimate goal would be 150 that is more realistic for me but I am sure it will take time to get there.

It does pay to get some exercise. I was down a pound this morning. I only lasted for 30 minutes of spin class yesterday but at least I got some exercise! My knee has been painful ever since I did the lunges with a personal trainer 2 weeks ago. I feel crepitus in the joint when I bend it. I am hoping if I give it a chance to heal I won't need any medical intervention. Today I will go to the wellness center and just walk and do some weight training. I would love to see the scale go below 160.

Today I am down to 161, yesterday was 161.5 but my weight watcher weigh in showed a gain of .4 lbs which was very disappointing but then I guess I shouldn't have been surprised. The bus trip in the middle of the week really did me in with late night pizza and eating junk food for a couple of days. This week my goals are to drink more water, exercise more consistenly, and to journal everything I put in my mouth!
