Breakfast:
1 large egg cooked with butter and slice of steak ham
Lunch:
one hamburger patty and
Dinner:
taco meat with a spoonful of avocado
Protein shake (GNC total lean shake is pretty good. I like the Swiss chocolate) 170 calories, 3 net carbs
5carrots for snack

Yesterday was one of those days. I could have ate everything in sight. I did overeat but it was things that were are all pretty low in carbs. I made chicken salad so that was high in fat due to the mayo. I even ended the night with a protein shake after over eating during the day. Of today I am trying to do better.
Let me do a run down of yesterdays food..I know it's gone but I just want an overview this morning so I will not follow the same pattern.
1/28
Breakfast:
2 eggs with 1/2 cup of mushrooms and onions, 1 slice of ham
avocado and tsp of hummus
Lunch:
2 ounces of baked chicken and 1 cup of cooked squash with about 1/4 cup of onions
Dinner:
chicken salad
Snack:
Pecans and pistachios 1 cup(combined) plus protein shake, 4 carrots

SNOWING AGAIN!! I'm a southern gal so when I get a chance to see the snow and enjoy being out in my yard with it, I do it!! I am sitting by my work window and enjoying watching it come down. Just love God's beauty. Doesn't seem to fascinate the kids anymore now. They just happy that it may mean no school for a few days.
Breakfast: 2 eggs with mushroom/onion and a tsp of hummus

Will go ahead and put in dinner: Probably a protein shake

You have got to be kidding me!! INSOMNIA!!! Geez, the night I am so tired I can't even go to sleep. Miserable!! Miserable! Miserable! No hot tea, heartburn prone. No hot milk..high in carbs..just miserable. I know I am still overstimulated from the last two days. I have been busy as a bee. Now, I want some rest..UGH@@
