Early Workout

- Turbo Fire 20 Hiit
- YRG 20 Minute
Smoothie (Pre & Post Workout)
- 1 tbsp of Almond Butter
- 1 tbsp of Rice Protein Powder
- 1 cup of Frozen Cherries
- 1 cup of Distilled Water
- 2 Bananas
- 1 tsp of Green Tea Powder
(wish I had a lemon to add)
*Took my vitamin
Lunch (4:25 PM)
- 1 Cup of cooked Oatmeal
- 1 Large Dash of Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of Coconut Oil
- 1 1 tbsp of Almond Butter
- 1 tsp of sugar (will leave this out next time, does not add any extra sweetness)
Dinner (8:20 PM)
- 2 Ham & Cheese Hot-pocket w/ Cajun seasoning
(need to not eat after 7 PM)
Night Workout (8:50 PM)
