My normal weigh in day is Sundays but I didnt weigh in til Wednesday this past week. I weighed in and recorded it extremely late due to traveling. I'm off a week but that's ok by me!

So...I only lost 2oz this week. I'm a little surprised but at least I didn't gain 2oz. I have been counting my calories strictly and I've also been doing my dvd so maybe the upper and lower body toning is having an effect on not seeing much change in the number. I don't want to make any excuses and i'm not going to get discouraged. I'll just keep doing what I'm doing and do it better! I knew this was going to be a challenge and i'm facing it!!

I am a week into my diet but decided to restart because I want to change my weigh in day to Sunday vs. Monday. I bought the Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout dvd and I want to make it as easy to follow along as possible so I want to weigh in Sunday and start the workout Monday thru Saturday. I hope this makes sense! Weighing in today, I lost a pound...I'll take it!
