Gained more than 4 lbs! I can believe it, because I ate too much cake, gnocchi and take-out food, which contains extra salt, which means more water retention.
On the positive side, I worked out twice this week (compared to 0 most of the previous weeks).
It's going to get worse before it gets better, because I am moving next week, so not a lot of cooking. I am looking forward to using my treadmill again, because I am going to rent a townhouse with a basement!
