Time to face the music. No progress in the past few weeks falls squarely on my own shoulders. It's safe to say I have been complacent and taking for granted my success over the previous 3 months. Time to re-dedicate so I can reach my goal. No excuses, I just have to be better and honest with myself in order to reach my goal. I'm staying positive just need to reach back and find the motivation I had early in the year as to not be content with what I have been able to achieve.

Thanks for the support. I agree but I was definitely careless with my food intake. I'm still working out but really need to add some more days and intensity. I appreciate the positive feedback. I have a great support team here as well so I'm confident I will reach my goal. Keep up the great work as well. Time for me to re-commit so I can break through my next marker and drop into the 180's.
