at 31 percent Body Fat My goal is to reduce it to 25 percent. I put a significant effort yesterday lets see if we can do it again not expecting the same results but continuous downhill numbers will be good. today I plan to go Bikram I miss it plus its a nice substitute for P90x yoga :) Happy Thursday All :)
