Down another pound. I'm starting to wear my lightest pants and a short sleeved shirt on the days I know I'm going to weigh in. It's not cheating if you're consistent:)
136,9 kg Bugüne kadar kayıp: 29,0 kg.    Geriye kalan: 25,8 kg.    Diyet Takibi: Oldukça İyi.
Haftada 1,6 kg kaybediyor

lol I don't think my clothes count for my weight, it's my body not what I'm wearing. I weight myself at home in the morning with not much on. That gives me the best estimate of my actual weight.

I do the same thing. I wear exercise pants and a t-shirt and only count the weigh ins on Thursday mornings. That way I know how much I've lost in a week. I also eat one fruit serving before I go and then come home for breakfast. That way what I eat that day isn't a factor either. I don't see how any of it's cheating.

LOL. I do the same thing. In fact I made a joke one time that when I weigh in I will only wear organically grown cotton products (I don't but it's a thought). They just seem so much lighter. Here in Louisiana it's always hot. So shorts and a T-Shirt is my attire when I weigh in.
