I do the same thing. I wear exercise pants and a t-shirt and only count the weigh ins on Thursday mornings. That way I know how much I've lost in a week. I also eat one fruit serving before I go and then come home for breakfast. That way what I eat that day isn't a factor either. I don't see how any of it's cheating.
