I usually don't weigh in so often but since I'm not finding the time to enter what I eat, I'm finding the scale is helping to keep me accountable.

Bike ride - 25 miles - after work with the biking club. Going to meet up with my husband and other non-cycling spouses for dinner. And I'm hoping to enter the Sr Games Bike Race tomorrow morning - should be interesting!

I LOVE SUMMER!

I love summer too! I had to teach yoga yesterday so I didn't get to ride. Yoga was nice but not the calorie burner I need. I am not recording food as much either but weight is holding steady and I am happy. I am so busy with work, new carpet, and exercise right now that I am feeling overwhelmed. Gave up the goal to do the mini-tri by myself - don't have time to train for the running! I offered to bike on a team - that will have to do for this year. Can't wait for the Abelskiver Ride.
