Ugh Holiday Weeekend Not so Good...I do feel better I made my self go to the gym and run this morning i have more energy and am thinking more clearly but there's also another thing I'm gaining weight. I trully believe it's muscle, thing is my clothes fit better and My tummy doesn't bulge, went down a notch on my belt just the same weight when I started the program. So My only option is to seriously WATCH and Record my Diet. Gonna Try a new boot camp...the only way i'll get visual results is to stop eating out...eat smaller portions. =) Well Today is the day...The real question is: IF NOT NOW THEN WHEN?
