Whoa! What a loss! I suspect it may be period-related because last Saturday it was at its heaviest and today it is almost over. My food intake and level of activity have not changed significantly since last week.

Finally! Some sun for the weekend! Nice change from the past weekends that were rainy or cloudy, or even snowy! It should be warmer today. I hope that the icy bits and the hardened snow remains in my driveway will end up thawing at last.
