Glad to see the scale going in the right direction this morning! I went out for a 16 mile bike ride last night - my goal on that loop is to try to maintain a 16 mph average. 8 miles are fairly flat and 8 miles have some climbs, so its a challenge. Average last night was 15.7. Anyway, this goal is a good way to push myself a bit when I can't go for a long ride. And it is a great stress reliever - it was such a beautiful evening!

Good for you. I am jealous! I am trying to get my project finished by Friday AM so no bike riding right now - just yoga classes. That is good for stress too. My weight is staying the same so hope it comes off soon!
