I can't seem to stop gaining weight since the last few weeks. I gained something like 5 lbs in the course of 2 months. However, I remind myself that I was able to lose 20 lbs in the same timeframe in the past. I did not change much my way of eating lately, so I know I will have to make small changes to stabilize the weight gain or to lose. Starting by stopping snacking so much most evenings!

I have to keep in mind that I have a tendency to gain weight during the summer and lose weight in the fall, so I'll see how it goes in the following weeks/months.

Wow me too! I also have a tendency to gain in the summer 😓 going to keep a close eye on my weight and especially portion control. I seem to lose self control in that season lol We shall overcome this. We can do it 🙌🙌 💃

For me, the low 160s is my 'low weight' where everyone says "Wow you look skinny". At that weight I ALWAYS gain weight for no reason. I track my calories, macros, exercise and for-no-reason I will gain. It's like my body say "screw you, I think we are dying and I am going to pack on some weight no matter what you do!" Haha!
