during the holiday break i stepped on the scale and i was 351... i was quite annoyed. I finished off the holiday break eating unhealthy foods. On the new year i started a 14 day white out (no white bread, rice, potato, sugar, flour, things made from any of these products) i'm trying to get back to paleo. My body loves that eating plan. it is wicked hard, but i think i can do it. I am doing this white out with my sister and my friend.

I am also limitting my grains and dairy. i eat minimal cheese, oats, wheat products.

So even though i know my weight went up since last may, I feel good that it has gone down in the last 2 weeks. New year, new beginnings. all shortcomings from last year are in the past!
