I'm just waiting for it to go lower than 268 so it will show that I've lost something since I've been on this site!

Yeah that's a bummer. Maybe you truly are gaining muscle. Still frustrating though. Have you noticed any changes with how your clothes fit?

Yeah, my shirts are getting a little looser I think, but my pants seem to be getting tighter around the thigh area. But... I can feel that my thighs are more firm so maybe all those squats are making my thighs bigger :/ I don't think the 268 was all that accurate in the first place though because that was with our old scale. But I'm still tired of it telling me I've lost "0 lbs."!!

Well, they say you can first feel it in your clothes, and it sounds like they are getting bigger! You do a lot of squats so I'm sure that is building up muscle. Unless you try sticking to your points value? I figured that I need to stay under 75% which equals, give or take, my points.

I'm still figuring it out. When I was sticking to that, the scale didn't move. Then I started eating more and I lost weight. So this week I'm trying to stay under 2050 if I don't exercise and 2200 when I do. I think the water may help too.

Yeah, I wish I knew what the right answer was, for all of us! Colonics!!!! LMAO! That is a hot mess, can you imagine all of us bent over together?????????????????????

I actually am thinking about doing it. You don't bend over. You lay on a table with a gown on. It supposedly isn't too bad but the cleansing effect is nice. I don't want to do it until I can afford multiple sessions since they recommend several within a short period of time. I might consider getting them next year as part of my FSA. Not sure though. I like the thought of it, just not the money. :-)

Are you suggesting that as an activity for our summer trip? LOL. Just kidding. If you do get it done, I would be interested to know the results.

Haha yeah that would be an awesome activity. LOL Better stock up on toilet paper. Add that to the budget! LOL I don't anticipate a huge difference but I'm sure it would be nice to shed some of the toxins and improve my metabolism. I'm sure there is a lot of bulk in there from years of eating poorly.
