You know, you're pretty amazing! I have just started following you and notice the trend of you being really hard on yourself, despite your slow and steady weight loss. You have lost almost 40kg over the last few years and ok, so you gained a little over 2018, but gaining only 3-4kg in twelve months is virtually maintenance!
You have clearly kept up some great habits and now you're down to 77kg, yes! What an achievement! You inspire me! :)
