Time to face the music and get busy recording my food intake and exercise. Although I set 150 lbs as my goal initially, I really would like to try to maintain between 142-143. I feel like I'm getting use to the busy fall schedule and now can focus on planning meals. Also, unfortunately the "big" bike rides are over; ie multiple day rides, century ride, etc. This will also help to keep my food intake more normal and consistent. Sounds like it will be a windy day but I hope to do the 10 mile time trial tonight. This will probably be my last TT as I'm usually working on the clinical campus on Tuesdays.

I would appreciate any suggestions for meal ideas, as well as recipes!

Glad to hear that you are getting into the swing of things - consistency and predictability are the things that help me the most. When I have time to plan and cook at home, I am more successful. It has been easy to follow a plan the last few days and the weight is going down again and I feel soooooo much better. It was the bloated feeling that was getting me down and that is gone now. You will be fine!!!
