Uugh.....got get off this yo-yo. Need to loose 6.5 pounds and then learn how to maintain. It is slow going at age 54 to loose the pounds but I am going to take the opportunity of the start of the Lenten season to just hang in there with healthy eating and getting back to cycling class. I can look forward to being thinner and more fit when Easter arrives!Tonight I will start by going to the Weight Watcher meeting with my daughter.
