A pound gained. I guess I am still maintaining, but my weight has seemed to follow a slightly upward trend lately.
At least I got a bit of a break from my period. It should start again sometime next week.
I have tried some keto bars I did not know before (very practical when on the go). I *love* the Cherry Almond flavoured Stoka Bar. Unfortunately, the Coco Almond (one of their original flavours) size has been reduced.
It was very overcast earlier this morning, but finally the sun decided to show up!
