Have you ever tried just eating the egg whites when you do the hard-boiled eggs? When I'm feeling lacking in protein, I'll boil 3 eggs and eat the egg whites. It cuts the calories and fat in half while still giving the full protein! Actually, it cuts the fat pretty much completely out.. for 3 eggs (just whites), it's a little over 50 calories and less than 0.5 g fat!
