Well no weight loss this week, and I have started excercising 3x a week. So the fact I did not lose was a little disheartening, but it's ok. The goal is to be healthy, and I was a little carb heavy last week. So, I resolve to do better this week. Try to stay positive. I am doing more than I have in the last year, so good job. Jogging in front of others- good job. Choosing healthier alternatives ( mostly)- good job. Good Job, Good Job. You are doing a good job.
