I cant understand it. I've never been so honest about food & exercise and saying no to "forbitten foods". Not saying much tonight because I'm very disappointed, so going to log out and write a food plan for week ahead, I cant see where I can improve on last week exc to stop eating and just take vitamins. Thats how low I'm feeling.

I'm going to go to Doc and ask advice and maybe demand another thryiod test. I've bout 9 stone to lose according to government standard, impossible, at 13st i'm a size 12 to 14 and thats ok by me.

Everyone thats my moan over. I'll be fine tomorrow.

All those out there that have had weeks like this youn will understand.

Checked out your food diary, you are not eating enough calories to fuel your body to burn. Women should not be eating any less than 1200 calories. Following your recommended RDI might help you out some.

You look like you are losing, just slowly. Remember if you weigh every day, the scale will go up and down because our bodies are made of 60% water. Google "why the scale lies", it gives good insight in to weight fluctuations. You could be down 2 pounds tomorrow. Make sure you are drinking enough liquids. Are you eating too many processed foods? They contain tons of sodium and can inhibit weight loss in some people. Are you getting enough lean protein, dairy (shown to reduce body fat), fruits and veggies? What you eat can sometimes be more important than how much. Make sure you weigh the same time, same clothes, same scale for the most accurate gauge of weight loss. Our weight can fluctuate hourly. Your chart actually looks pretty good, except for that slight gain. Good luck!

Carmel, you're still down 2.5 pounds in the last 10 days which is really moving!! Your last weigh-in may have been deceptively low. And, I agree with Suzi that you ARE losing, esp when you look at your graph from mid- to late August onward. Take heart - you're doing quite well.

Thank you all or yr comments, I wear the same clothes every week, weighing scales in same spot, time same I have cut proccessed food to the minimun, I rarely use salt, flavour with spices and pepper, I eat between 100-110grms protien a day, my targetis 128+ but I find I cant eat that amount. Thats about 4-5 chicken breast/fish portions a day. But I'll get there eventually. Going to have to increase my exercise.
