I tested myself, and I guess I tested myself a little too hard. Challenging yourself to be a little more 'carefree' with eating is definitely a good thing in my case. But given the nature of the illness, if I'm too carefree, it ends up playing havoc with my mind.
No, oily food (small quantity or not) is NOT going to stop my anorexic thinking. Nor is having breakfast, then lunch (a small amount of pasta - that was oily), and some skinless chicken for dinner...
WHOAH... Hold on. I need to take it 1 step at a time, not try and assume that my illness will disappear the minute I start eating 3 meals a day...
I'll get to where I was yesterday and arrive better mentally, if it's spread over 4 weeks.
