So I've been off the Radar for quite some time. Just recently got engaged, which is wonderful...found my wedding dress..even better...They ordered a size 12, not so awesome. But That's the industry you're size is normaly 2 sizes larger than you really are...but my waist was on the larger side...so they have to go with the governing size, lo and behold...Size 12. So I'm not ecstatic...but I do know It's time to get back on track. Just life was happening so quick I lost focus on working out consistently. That's my plan for now...Consistency. Also thanks to all who commented on my journal with words of encouragement...FatSecret sent a friendly reminder, so that's the real reason I came back. I noticed FS helped me monitor my eating habits. So Thanks to all for your messages especially Precious 0406 =) Great Job!!! You inspire me to be down to my lower 120's =)
