Yeah!! Turkey Day Excess Pounds, a moment on the lips and only four days on the hips!! Had a real nice time with Rick's Family last night. The second holiday meal was not tough to get through at all. They understood that I am dieting and didn't push (much) Uncle Jack I think thought I was starving myself. (Aunt Jean wouldn't let me bring anything, or help clean up.. these are two things I have never not done in my life!! She kicked me out of her kitchen even. lol) Jean has also struggled with her weight and totally understood what I am trying to do. That was wonderful! I told her a little about FS and will invite her in the next week or so.. (I need to find her e-mail address!)
Rick and his cousin wanted to go to the bar afterwards, I was really tired, but he hadn't seen his cousin in years, so, one beer at one bar was extended to 6 beers in 2 bars.. but he seemed to have a really good time. I managed to get my 1.5 gallons of water down yesterday, I had a 40 mile drive and chose to drink good ole H20. Very sleepy today and exhausted now..
