Started Mdeifast again on Monday and fell off the wagon by Thursday. My Mom had surgery and I was taking care of her. Anyway I woke after have eated 9 pecan Sandy's....what's up with amnesia eatng?....this is new to me....help!...I know I ate in bed ....because there were crumbs all in the sheets this morning...help...somebody.
