Another weight gain. Still in the habit of snacking too much. I guess it may be fall-related. I just checked how much I weighed a year ago. About the same as now, maybe a little less. I did order some salmon poke yesterday because I felt like eating fresh. Very good, as usual.

My blood pressure is still good these days, systolic in the 110s or low 120s in the morning. I prefer having my weight trending up than my blood pressure trending up.

Today is the only nice day since a couple of days. Most of next week is supposed to be overcast or rainy. At least I will get to do some grocery shopping today to take advantage of the sun. I normally don't really look forward to going to stores with a bunch of strangers, but it is what it is I guess!

I know how it feels, last year my weight kept going up and down in 10 lb range then suddenly I got to next 10 lbs range. Of course, U got to STOP snacking. Do you have a food scale? When I snack, its usually with a meal like a sandwich with low-sodium potato chips or even as as snack -- I weigh them ONLY have 20 gm of potatoes chips.

Lately I like breakfast for breakfast & dessert 0 I like 200 gm plain Greek yogurt + 2 Sugar Twin sweeteners + 20 gm Fibre 1 Honey Clusters Cereal + 10 gm Multi-Grain Cheerios - 82 + 0 + 0 + 93 + 60 + 0 = 235 mg Sodium.
