Took a break from my serious dieting for a while but did not lose sight of my healthier eating habits or portion sizes. I was super frustrated after not having lost any weight for 2 months. but as long as we kept a good hold of how we ate, and did not overeat, it seems that we still did good :-) I finally busted below my Plateau weight... hallelujah!
