Weight is flucuating all over the place. I need to stop weighing daily and trust that if I track my food, eat properly and exercise, the scale will reward me.

Day off to a good start - worked really hard at 6am cycling class. This will be the last class I take in our old facility, can't wait to start in our brand new wellness center on campus. From the outside, it looks unbelievable - large open spaces, lots of windows. There will be a room dedicated to cycling with 18 new bikes - and of course all the other usual stuff; track, work out equipment, etc. It even has a climbing wall!

Then off to the hospital to check on small group of students doing rounds with the docs - a new program we started a few weeks ago - seems to be a success and not any complaints from students about getting up early to do this before classes.

Today I start an online studio lighting course - it was expensive but I'm hoping to learn alot. It is 8 weeks long. I am setting a goal to be down to 150 8 weeks from today - I think anchoring my weight loss goal to something like this course will help me stay the "course" with my weight loss along with gaining new skills! I know this probably makes no sense at all!
