Thank the lord for take-off! Today is my last day of it and I have already lost the weight I gained when I was out of town. I'll take it easy tomorrow, after a butt-kicking on the elliptical and in Turbo Kick class today. If the weather's nice, some running should suffice.

I have learned to love zucchini and egg beaters... who knew?!?
