You're doing good! After a while the #'s start to blur together. I find it most satisfying to look at me "complete weight history" and see the bars getting longer! Just a thought too- if you mark "reasonably well" or "100%" on how well you followed your diet each day it helps when you have to look back and find out why there was a stall or not too much weight lost. (God forbid that happens to you!). Like the day I ate salsa I didn't put 100% or when I don't drink enough water or eat extra of something.
