I continue to not overeat like I used to years ago, but I regularly eat more than my 2000cal./day budget. It is very easy to do. My heartburn has not returned so I think that is a good sign that I at least am not eating like I used to. and I eat healthier as a rule. I have not been getting the exercise that I require to lose weight of even maintain my current weight. I have however been hanging around the 280 lb. mark for several months. I always feel like I have so much to do, so I skip exercise. I realize I might be more productive if I got my exercise first, or at least a few times a week. I also am in this alone.

Hi John, haven't been on here in a very long time, but time to get serious about weight loss. And you are NOT alone! Many on here have the same problem and concerns. I'll try to encourage you, and you can do the same for me. Just keep on keeping on. Don't give up. As long as we 'try' we'll get there. TTYL Sheri
