I've been bad the last couple of days and am now paying for it dearly. I haven't been paying much attention to the carbs I have been consuming and really haven't been consuming as much water as I should. No guilt, just do better.
New Week=New Start. I've joined the "No Carbs after 5pm" challenge, which starts tomorrow. Should be interesting.
I also think there is a problem with my scale. I'll have to check it out.
