Not sure what the story is with my scale but I definitely feel like yesterday's scale reading was off considering the way I have been working out and eating less than 1,600 calories a day. I weighed in at 241.4 lbs, which seems reasonable to me because my pants are literally falling off of me right now. I have to say, it feels great and I'm only half way there!
