i feel like i am fighting a losing battle right now. i have never had this much trouble,but it helps me to think of it as this is only temporary.if i keep at it,surely it will come back off, but i just don't know how many more gains i can take.

Hey there. I was on the homepage and noticed your weigh in. I'm sorry you're having a rough time. I know EXACTLY how that feels. Especially when you feel like you really tried. You almost ask yourself, what's the point of changing if my weight doesn't change? Well, I hope you have a good weigh in next time. I hope I don't sound like an advertisement, and you may not care to try anything new, but I have been doing JUDDDD for over a month now and I've lost 15 lbs. I did it because nothing else was working for me. I'm much heavier than you are, so I know the weight is quicker for me in the beginning, but I encourage you to look into it since you have so little to go. Hope I didn't overstep any boundaries with that suggestion. Either way, good luck! And feel free to message me if you want to talk.

no,of course, you didn't overstep your boundaries!8-) i need all the help i can get. i did great last year here on fs, but i got sick a while back, lost a few pounds,and when i got better they started coming back full force! it's just harder to get it off again this time. i'll try harder this week.wish me luck!
