Another one of those weeks were the weigh-in is more confusion then anything else lol. I am happy with the results a solid week in all but how I got there just doesn't make sense considering some of the more poor choices I made during the week. I guess you never know how the water weight will play with you.

Anyways i'm in the final countdown here. T-minus 5 days till the wedding. AHH!!! Can't wait for it to get here at this point. Going to be hard to focus on the diet this week given all the things to follow but i'll do my best. I'm considering a Friday morning weigh-in just to have a base line for how much damage the wedding does because I can tell you one thing there will be no willpower this weekend. I will eat whatever I want and whatever is put in front of me lol. Deal with the consequences later. Well I hope everyone has a great successful week and I think since I have gotten to the wedding that next week I will put some update pics up which I was hoping to wait till my goal for but I figure the wedding is as much a goal as anything else.

17.5 lbs – According to BMI I will be considered in the normal range
26.8 lbs - To THE GOAL LINE!
