Arggggghhhh, someone brought donuts to the office today! And at a meeting this afternoon there will be cake for a celebration! AND there were cookies yesterday! - EGADS! I WILL resist, I WILL resist, I HAVE resisted so far...I can do this!
Scale is up a wee bit again, but I have followed induction 100% and I know I've lost inches, so I'm not too worried. The scale should come down some more in this 2nd week of induction and I'm sure it will - I've been SO good!
I was a little stressed last night when my horse boarder didn't show up to do her chores (for the 2nd day in a row), which meant I had to go to the barn and muck out 2 stalls around dark-thirty. So afterwards I thought I'd have a small glass of wine I had in the fridge, sit by the pool, and relax - guess what? I poured it, took 1 sip and spit it out.....forgot I don't like wine LoL I think tonight I'll empty the 2 wine bottles in the fridge my Dad gave me so I'm not tempted again (they were old anyway).
After barn chores in the morning and evening I've added some water aerobics in the pool, and a few easy laps. It sure is refreshing, especially in the morning when the sun is coming up and the birds are busy finding bugs and things to feed their wee ones.
Another day is here - for lunch it's salad and a few warmed up meatballs with BBQ sauce - should be tasty!
